ICOFF-GASTEIZ, the international short film festival of Vitoria-Gasteiz, will hold its fourth edition from May 5 to 10, 2025, at VITAL FUNDAZIOA KULTURUNEA.
This is a film competition that combines a national short film competition and the screening of small-format films that have won awards, been nominated, or participated in the world's top film festivals and international Spanish short film competitions.
ICOFF-GASTEIZ returns to the capital of Euskadi with the help of VITAL FUNDAZIOA and VITORIA-GASTEIZ CITY COUNCIL, IDARTE and GASTEIZ ON collaborate.
A festival co-directed by Alava filmmakers and cultural agents SONIA PACIOS and KEPA SOJO.

INTERNATIONALITY
The aim is to bring the world's best short films to the public of Vitoria and Álava, not to mention national and local Basque and Álava films. It is the only audiovisual festival in the province with an international reach.
GIVING VOICE TO AUDIOVISUAL CREATORS
The filmmakers of the selected short films are invited to present their works and discuss the specifics of their work with the audience at the end of the screenings.
PROMOTION OF VITORIA, GASTEIZ AND ÁLAVA
The city and province have hosted film shoots in recent years. We must promote our region's iconic and unique locations to visiting filmmakers to attract new projects.
